Christina dennis

I used to push through burnout, chase energy with quick fixes, and try to force my body into routines that didn’t fit me. I felt tired, frustrated, out of balance, battling cravings, mid-day crashes, and inflammation.

When I started listening to my body and focusing on real whole food, balanced meals, movement that felt good, and small habits that actually stuck, everything changed. I even went from constant pain from endometriosis to feeling symptom free, all while significantly increasing energy, curbing cravings, supporting metabolism, and balancing hormones.

Now, I help women 35+ regain their energy, balance hormones, and feel confident in their bodies, all through simple, real-food strategies that fit their lives. Without extreme diets, restrictions, or complicated rules.
