My Journey to Health and Wellness

Health isn’t just about before and after photos—it’s about true, lasting transformation. My wellness journey began not with a desire to lose weight but with the deep need to feel energized and free from pain. Struggling with chronic migraines, anxiety, endometriosis, and hormonal imbalances, I relied on birth control and medications, but they only masked the symptoms and never addressed the root causes, including metabolic imbalances that were affecting my hormones and energy levels.

Frustrated with the cycle of medication and temporary relief, I began researching alternative ways to heal my body. That’s when I discovered functional nutrition and the profound impact that nutrition and lifestyle changes could have on my health. By focusing on whole foods, prioritizing sleep, managing stress, and supporting my metabolic health, I was able to manage my endometriosis without prescription medications or birth control—something doctors told me was impossible.

This journey of healing ignited my passion for wellness and led me to pursue a career in functional nutrition. Now, my mission is to help you address your metabolic health through sustainable, holistic changes, so you can reclaim your energy, balance, and health. I want to empower you to take control of your well-being in a way that’s both life-changing and sustainable, supporting you as you find the healing your body truly needs.
