Zest from ½ organic lemon
Juice from 1 organic lemon
1-2 tbsp organic milk (if needed)
In a blender, combine cottage cheese, maple syrup, lemon zest, and lemon juice until smooth. Add a splash of milk if needed to achieve desired consistency.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to enhance flavors.
Crumble Lemon Sweet Thins at the bottom of serving jars.
