Air Fryer Apples & Cinnamon

These tender, cinnamon-spiced apples taste just like the gooey filling of a homemade apple pie - definitely delivering all the fall flavors you crave. The best part is that they compliment my apple pie chia pudding perfectly as a topping, and would also be great yogurt topping as well!


Ingredients

  • 2 medium organic apples

  • 1 tbsp organic unrefined coconut oil, melted

  • 1 tbsp organic real maple syrup

  • 1/2 tsp organic cinnamon

  • 1/4 tsp organic nutmeg

  • 1/4 tsp organic ginger


Preheat the air fryer to 375F.

Dice the apples into 1 inch cubes.

Add the diced apples, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger to a medium bowl and stir to evenly coat the apples.

Add the apples to the basket of your air fryer and bake for 10 -12 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking.

Serve warm or pop them in the fridge for a chilled version.
