My story of healing through nutrition


Helping women feel better in their bodies —starting with nutrition.

Health isn’t just about before andafter photos, it’s about lasting transformation. My journey didn’t start with a desire to lose weight, but instead with a deep need to feel energized and free from pain. I struggled for years with chronic migraines, anxiety, endometriosis, and hormonal imbalances, relying on medications and birth control that masked symptoms without addressing the underlying metabolic and hormonal challenges. Frustrated with temporary fixes, I began exploring alternative ways to support my body.

That’s when I discovered functional nutrition and the profound impact that real food, sleep, stress management, and metabolic support could have on my health. By focusing on these principles, I was able to manage endometriosis naturally, stabilize my energy, curb cravings, support metabolism, and balance my hormones—something I was told wasn’t possible without a prescription.

This journey inspired me to pursue a career in functional nutrition. Today, I help women 35+ reclaim their energy, balance hormones, and regain confidence in their bodies through sustainable, real food strategies that fit their lives, without extreme diets, restrictions, or complicated rules. My mission is to guide you toward health that lasts, so you can finally feel your best in your body and your life.

A nutritional, whole body approach

I believe in a real-food, whole-body approach to health. Food isn’t just fuel, it’s a tool to support metabolism, balance hormones, improve digestion, and boost energy. Even small, intentional changes to your diet and lifestyle can have a big impact on how you feel in your body and mind.

My approach is personalized and practical, because there’s no one-size-fits-all method. Together, we focus on strategies that fit your life and your body; whether that’s stabilizing blood sugar, improving hormone health, rebalancing your gut, or supporting metabolic function.

I guide women to listen to their bodies, understand what works for them, and make changes that last, so they can feel energized, confident, and well from the inside out.

  • Using functional lab testing and a whole-person approach, I will identify hidden stressors in areas such as hormones, gut health, detoxification, and metabolism.

  • Through personalized guidance in diet, lifestyle, and targeted support, the goal is to remove obstacles to healing so the body can restore balance natuarlly. I will not diagnose or treat disease, but instead support the body’s innate ability to function properly.
