This program is only open to clients who’ve completed 1:1 Functional Nutrition Coaching or the Metabolism Made Simple program. You already have the foundation—we just help you maintain and grow it.

There’s a 3-month minimum, after which the membership continues month-to-month. This allows you to maintain momentum and build lasting habits over time.

Each month, you schedule a 45-minute session. We’ll troubleshoot obstacles, review progress, refine your habits, and set a plan for the month ahead. You’ll also have messaging access for quick questions in between calls.

The vault contains meal templates, grocery lists, snack & mini-meal ideas, seasonal recipes, habit trackers, mini-guides, and monthly focus sheets or mini-challenges. Most resources are reusable and practical, designed to keep your habits strong without extra work on your part. 1-2 new resources will be added each month.

Yes! Both are available as optional add-ons for an additional monthly fee, giving you flexibility if you want more support in a particular month.

As long as you give a minimum of 24 hours notice you can reschedule or bump the call to the following month by communicating this to me. You must maintain an active membership in order to bump the call to the following month.
